Earlier this month, the jetCenters of Colorado leadership team spent three days in Austin, Texas at the 2025 Paragon Leadership Conference, joining FBO general managers and executives from across the Paragon Network. Hosted by Henriksen Jet Center, the event created a focused environment that encouraged open conversation and practical problem-solving. Our team exchanged experiences, refined operational strategies, and returned to Colorado with ideas ready for immediate implementation.
Conference Highlights
In true Texas fashion, Henriksen Jet Center opened the conference with a Hoedown reception that allowed attendees to connect with fellow FBO operators, aviation vendors, and service partners. The next following days built on that momentum with educational and interactive sessions focused on real-world applications.
Educational Sessions
Throughout the week, speakers from aviation technology and safety organizations demonstrated how emerging tools and industry shifts directly influence daily FBO operations. Their real-world examples sparked new approaches for strengthening ramp workflow, improving aircraft handling, and enhancing the customer experience.
Interactive Sessions
The agenda also included several engaging and interactive elements. The new FBO One-Minute Challenge gave each FBO a chance to showcase what sets their operation apart. Attendees also participated in aviation-focused trivia and the Big Idea competition, which recognized a standout innovation designed to move the industry forward.
Team Takeaways
The jetCenters of Colorado team returned from Austin energized and ready to apply these fresh ideas across all locations. The conference highlighted the value of FBO leaders learning from one another and striving to elevate operational performance across the network.
