jetCenters of Colorado had the pleasure of welcoming FBO leaders, aviation partners, and industry experts to Denver for the 2026 Paragon Leadership Conference, held September 22–24. This year’s “Mile High Leadership Experience” brought members of the Paragon Network together for three days of industry discussions, hands-on learning, and opportunities to exchange ideas with fellow business aviation professionals.
Three Days of Learning and Connection
The conference kicked off with the “Elevate 5280ft” Welcome Reception at jetCenters of Colorado, setting the stage for a busy few days of networking, educational sessions, and shared experiences.
Throughout the event, attendees explored topics ranging from FBO operations and aviation safety to leadership, customer service, and the changing aviation industry. Featured speakers included leadership experts Cat Wren and Jamie Muñoz, along with customer experience expert and author David Avrin, who shared strategies for making businesses easier to work with.
The conference also featured Paragon’s annual Big Idea Competition, where participants presented ideas to improve FBO operations and customer experiences. Julie O’Brien took home this year’s top honor for her concept, “Make Economic Development Work for YOU!”
A Behind-the-Scenes Look at jetCenters
One of the highlights of this year’s conference took place on Wednesday, when the jetCenters crew split into groups to tour each department.
The tours gave team members an opportunity to take a closer look at different areas of the operation, share feedback, and gather fresh ideas they could bring back to their own departments. It was a great example of the hands-on learning and open exchange of ideas that make the Paragon Network so valuable.
Until Next Time, Paragon!
Hosting this year’s conference was a special opportunity for jetCenters of Colorado. As jetCenters President Tony Buckley shared:
A big thank-you to Paragon Aviation Group, the participating FBOs, speakers, sponsors, and industry partners who helped make this year’s conference a success. We’re grateful for the opportunity to host and look forward to putting the ideas and connections from this year’s event to good use!
