Several members of the jetCenters team recently attended the 2025 Paragon SUCCESS Meeting, a national summit held July 15–17 at Aero Air in Hillsboro, Oregon. Organized by Paragon Aviation Group, the three-day event brought together FBO leaders from across the country to explore strategies that elevate operational standards, strengthen safety practices, and enhance customer experience in the aviation industry.
Attending on behalf of jetCenters of Colorado were Kelly Frontczak, Vice President of Sales & Marketing; Oliver Card, APA Line Service Manager; Daniel Beckman, APA Concierge Manager; Alexis Savage, COS Operations Administration Manager; and Nolan Babin, COS Operations Manager. Together, they engaged in expert-led sessions, hands-on workshops, and valuable peer discussions centered on strengthening safety culture, enhancing service delivery, and improving performance in industry benchmarks like the AIN FBO Survey.

Workshops, site evaluations, and expert-led sessions throughout the event offered practical tools and insights designed to improve day-to-day operations. Attendees walked away with actionable strategies to further boost customer satisfaction and safety culture across the Paragon Network.
